If untick isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and you’ll get your money back in full — no questions asked.
Renewals
You can cancel any time and won’t be charged again. If a renewal went through that you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that renewal and we’ll refund it.
How to request a refund
Email hello@untick.io from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
